Details-No team size limit, but around 6 is perfect. Games typically take two hours to play and consist of three rounds of general knowledge questions.
The first two rounds each consist of three questions where teams may choose to use either 6, 4 or 2 points, using each point value once. There will also be a 2 point bonus question offered after each of the first two rounds.
Before beginning the third round, we will have a multi part intermission question with four possible answers, each worth 2 points, for a possible maximum of 8 points.
Scoring changes in the third round which includes ten questions. Teams may use point values 10 to 1, again using each point value one time.
After the third round, we’ll report the standings before moving to our final question where teams may wager up to 20 points. Correct answer have the value of their wager added to their score. Incorrect answers will have their wager subtracted from their total.
At that point we’ll tally scores, announce winners and award prizes to our top three teams.... See MoreSee Less

Disgusting, spoiled and otherwise rotten berry preserves? An hour-long version of "In A Gadda Da Vida" performed by a bunch of tone-deaf teenagers in a missile silo? Perhaps a combination of the two? No, BadJam is the sum of its collective parts, literally. An acronym for its members, Bad Jam (Ben, Andrew, Dan, Otto (Jenson) and Amber) is a quintet featuring multi-layered vocals, dueling guitars and a driving rhythm section. Playing everything from tried and true classic rock staples to contemporary pop hits and a host of varied popular styles in between, there's little they won't try. With an ever increasing, wildly varied repertoire and often-irreverent approach to the material, BadJam has something for everyone.... See MoreSee Less

1000 Watt Prophets are a Michigan-based roots-funk powerhouse blending Americana, New Orleans groove, and soul-forward rock into a high-energy, deeply musical live experience. Featuring veteran players from the Midwest festival circuit, the band delivers songs that feel both road-worn and urgent, driven by deep pocket rhythms, rich harmonies, and a relentless commitment to the groove.
1000 Watt Prophets is a band that has always strived to rise above. Born out of a 20+ year friendship and musical alliance between Zak Bunce (vocals/guitar) and Denny Richards (bass/vocals), the group has worked its way up from duo shows at small venues to a full-band lineup playing festivals and concert series throughout their home base of Northwestern Michigan.
2025 became a banner year for the group. They began taking a more serious approach to songwriting, drummer Sean Reisig (drums/vocals) passed the tenured mark, ending what had been a rotating lineup, and the band added multi-instrumentalist Brett McDowell (fiddle/sax/keys/vocals) to bring some extra musical color to the mix.
The band has evolved into an Original Soul-Drenched Roots Rock band with a hint of Backwoods Fire. November 2025 marks the online release of two original songs, "Gravity" and "Paint the Moon," recorded in a secret Northern Michigan studio lair, with a full album currently in the works for 2026.
Fully charged and ready, 1000 Watt Prophets are gearing up to showcase themselves at farther-reaching and larger venues for 2026.... See MoreSee Less
